The Big Idea: Houses for sale!
We’ve got some houses for sale!
We had an outstanding open house last weekend, in order to introduce the local realtors and the neighbors to the new homes that we’ve got listed for sale. We’re very excited to finally test the market and see what the demand is like. Naturally, we’re very optimistic that the presale market will be strong and our sales pipeline will help connect the right buyers to this new neighborhood.
Several houses are under construction
We’re thrilled that our construction pipeline is now an active reality, and our ‘two starts a month’ approach is easy to see on the ground! Our construction team is doing a fantastic job of delivering these homes on time and on budget.
Interest Reserve Account
The interest reserve is currently decreasing at a faster pace than originally projected due to a slightly slower pace in the projected home starts. With that said, it is still showing that the reserve should carry the project up to the March 2024 payment. We will closely monitor the reserve as we get closer to this date to weigh the benefits of homes sales and their impact of operational cash flow.
